Niederstätter M.Sc., Andreas
Andreas Niederstätter is an optical design engineer at Swareflex GmbH. He develops optical elements mostly made of glass, which are used for many different applications. For example, many tunnels across Austria, Switzerland and Germany are illuminated by Swareflex luminaires including such glass lenses. Andreas did his BSc and MSc in Physics at the University of Innsbruck. His master’s thesis focused on the forces of light in biomedical applications. Before joining Swareflex in 2017, he was an optical design engineer at Zumtobel Group.
