Biography

Annette Steinbusch is Standards & Regulations manager at Signify, formerly known as Philips Lighting. Here she is driving the program for light quality topics such as color quality, temporal light artefacts, discomfort glare, indoor and outdoor application norms and human centric lighting. Since December 2015, she is the chairperson of the LightingEurope working group on human centric lighting.This working group stimulates the awareness of the impact of Human Centric Lighting on the well-being of humans. This working group also covers light quality aspects and promotes light quality as a vital element for healthy buildings.

Annette has over 25 years of experience in the areas of supply chain management, business improvement, sustainability and standards & regulations. Annette holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands.
