Host a Speaker Session

  • Thought Leaders:
    The host will have the opportunity to address the session audience with a 5-minute introduction, relevant to the subject, and mediate the Q&A after the session. A maximum of 5 slides may be used during the introduction to share ideas (not products). Session selection is made after the formal program launch.
  • The session will be announced in all documents Online/Print/App in connection with the host (“Hosted by“).
  • A session consists of 3-4 lectures and lasts between 1.5-2.0 hours. The number of visitors per lecture is between 30-180. No registration for the lectures is required.
  • Session hosts receive 30 free tickets to their session which they can pass on to colleagues, partners or customers.

Sponsor a Stage

  • Thought Leaders:
    The sponsor’s logo will be placed on the speaker lectern for the entire 3 day event and also have the stage named after your organization. This will be shared via the event website, the event program and social media. Stage selection is done after the formal program launch.
  • The stage/room will be announced in all documents Online/Print/App.
  • There are between two and thirty individual events in a room / on a stage. Example of approximate numbers: 2 Keynotes, 30 Lectures , 5 Workshops, 4 events (panel discussions, etc.) on the Show-floor. 
  • Available rooms / stages: Main stage, 3-4 lecture rooms, 1-2 workshop rooms, showfloor stage.

Host a Workshop

  • Attendee Interaction – Network and Connect:
    This is a chance for your organization to gain real insights from the attendees and for them to experience your work. By working side by side with the delegation you can impart your organization ambitions, inspiring the experts with your approaches and insights. By hosting a workshop you can make the attendees your partners.
  • We recommend hands-on workshops where the participants can, for example, create something and take it with them.
  • The workshop will be described in detail and announced in the pre-event phase with agenda, speakers, lecture part, hands-on part and documents or possible give-aways. In addition, the workshop will also be included in the post-show reporting of the event.
  • The workshop will be communicated through the following channels: LED professional, Trends in Lighting, Social Media Channels, Newsletters (Total reach: > 15,000).
  • At the end of the workshop, the workshop host is allowed to ask the participants for business cards in order to send the workshop documents (presentations, etc.).
  • Workshops must be submitted to the organizer with a concept description. The program management will decide on the admission based on the topics, the quality of the content, and availability of workshop slots.

Support an Award Group

  • Attendee Interaction – Network and Connect:
    A sponsor assumes the sponsorship for one of the three award groups; 1 Scientific Award (Best Paper), 3 LpS Industry Awards (Best Technologies), 3 TiL Industry Awards (Best Application Solutions).
  • The sponsor can give a brief introduction of their organization at the award ceremony and hand over the award/trophy to the winner. The sponsor is also included in a photo shoot with the winner. 
  • The sponsor will always be mentioned and listed in reports regarding the award winners.
  • The sponsor logo will be listed on the event page.
  • Included: 2 free 3-Day conference passes and 2 free Get Together/Award Evening tickets.

Branded Meeting Area

  • Attendee Interaction – Network and Connect:
    The meeting zones are defined areas in the exhibition halls where food and drinks are served. There are also bar tables where attendees can chat.
  • Above each meeting zone there is a cube (2m x 2m x 1m) with the sponsor’s logo, which is clearly legible and recognizable from all positions in the exhibition hall. An additional display (3m x 1m) can be suspended above the cube.
  • The meeting zones are drawn into the floorplan and offered as pre-selected meeting points in the event app, when inviting other delegates.

Get Together & Awards Evening

    The legendary boat trip and dinner is held on the 2nd evening of the event (Wednesday). For many, a highlight of the conference, and therefore, the perfect branding opportunity for your organization.
  • A display, supplied by the sponsor, will be positioned at the entrance to the event location. The menus are branded with the sponsor logo and labeled with “Sponsored by…”. If desired, the sponsor may give a welcoming speech (max. 5 min.).

The survey sponsor can add a section to the questionnaire with a total of five (5) pre-approved questions. The sponsor will receive all results pertaining to their questions.
